3D Printing and Organic Designs

The use of 3D printing has allowed for many useful organic 3D models to be created. Displayed above is a 3D printed Haltech IC7 dash mount. This is just one example of how we use 3D printing to our advantage when dealing with organic designs.

3D Scanning and Reverse Engineering

As technology grows and advances so will we. The use of 3D scanning is critical in the process of developing and reverse engineering parts in a timely fashion. Above is displayed how we used 3D scanning to scan a Ford 8.8 differential.

CAD Design and Rapid Protoyping

The use of  CAD software is key and critical in the creation of 3D models. These models allow us to create 3D prints, DXF files (for sheet metal components), and CAM programs for CNC machining. Utilizing these 3D models allows us to take these resource and rapid prototype components. Above we have a 3D Printed model of an intake manifold used to verify a design.

Fabrication and Design

Our experience in fabrication gives us both computer aided and a hands on touch when it comes to design. The ability to create solutions using fabrication techniques opens up the spectrum of how our designs look past the computer screen. The hands on experience improves the designs end user experience. As the designers we work on what we build and create. Fabricated stainless steel downpipe displayed above.

Custom 6-1 Stainless Steel Turbo Manifold

We are no strangers to fabrication. The above 2jzge stainless steel turbo manifold is proof that we go above and beyond when it comes to fabrication and its utility in the manufacturing process. While a turbo manifold like this could have been CAD designed we take pride in the fact it was done without.

E82 BMW 135I 2jzge Swap

One of our current major projects is a 2010 BMW 135i with a 2jzge engine swap. We take this project as an opportunity to further build and develop our core skills. Using the challenge of creating new components allows us to broaden the ways we create and design component for the best end user experience. The products we have developed for this engine stem from a problem which drives a need which then becomes our engineered solution and product.

Stainless Steel Downpipe With Recirculating Wastegate

This stainless steel downpipe is one display of how we love the challenge of package constraint. There are times when a project will require space constraint as a top priority in the design scope. Our ability to utilize space efficiently has allowed us to push the bounds of designs and not compromise on performance where that extra inch or two counts.
