Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new (unused) condition. Any damaged items will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee. To receive a refund the buyer must contact the sales department through email or the contact page. Make sure to provide the order number as the subject line to help us find your order. Sales email provided at the bottom of this page.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used on the order. If you pay using PayPal then the refund will be issued to your PayPal. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping/freight charges associated with the return. Exchanges due to product defects will not incur a restocking fee and shipping charges will be credited.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Items that are on sale will be refunded at the original sale price.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping returns
Please follow these steps to ensure the safe return of our products.
- Prepare item for shipping by securely wrapping/packaging the item to protect it from scratches, dings and dents.
- Please box the item in the proper sized box for the item being returned. Items in too small of a box can be damaged in transit. Flat rate shipping boxes can be obtained from your local USPS location. It is recommended that you replace the box as the original box can suffer from wear and tear from initial transit.
- For larger/heavier items or items with coated finishes please make sure to add extra newspaper/brown packaging paper to ensure the item is not damaged during transit. Your packaging should pass a shake test in which the item is constrained from large movement while in the box.
- Failure to follow these step resulting in the returned item being damaged during transit with incur a restocking fee.
- We respect doing business with our customers so we ask that you respect the hard work we invest into our products by making sure they make a safe return to us.
